Raclan safety box for lithium-ion batteries, with charging and active extinguishing function

• For the safe charging and storage of lithium-ion batteries
• The lithium-ion batteries are placed in the box together with the chargers and connected to the socket inside. Then the front flap is closed. Now the power supply is switched on and an electronic monitoring system controls the charging process and the interior of the box.
• If the system detects a temperature rise above the trigger value, it immediately triggers an audible alarm as well as the integrated, pressure-free extinguishing and cooling system. The environmentally friendly extinguishing and cooling agent was tested by the Fraunhofer Institute in a fire extinguishing agent test for lithium-ion batteries.
• The resulting smoke-gas mixture is passed through filters in the exhaust gas management system so that no toxic substances can escape to the outside.
• Certified according to test guideline "M02/2022 Storage means for lithium-ion batteries" by DMT GmbH & Co. KG (a company of the TÜV Nord Group)
• A maximum of 2 batteries (including charger) are permitted, each with an individual capacity of 877Wh (total capacity 1,754Wh)
• Power supply: mains operation 100-230V 50-60Hz / emergency power supply (no charging function) for up to 6 months: 12V 4Ah LiFePO4 battery (automatically charged during mains operation)
