The container size, the desired delivery rate and, last but not least, the suitability of the pump for the medium to be filled are important factors when selecting the optimum product. The viscosity and chemical properties of the media play a decisive role in choosing the right pump. There are pumps for mineral oil products, pumps for chemicals, acids and alkalis, as well as pumps for flammable liquids.
The most important criteria when selecting a suitable pump is the fluid to be pumped. Liquids vary greatly in their viscosity and chemical properties. There is no pump that can pump all media satisfactorily - and the pump must of course also be resistant to the medium to be filled. Battery pumps enable mains-independent, cordless filling and decanting - ideal for mobile use, for flexible use at several workstations and wherever no connection is available. Battery pumps are suitable for low-viscosity, aqueous to slightly viscous media. To avoid charging breaks, rechargeable batteries can be kept in stock and easily replaced.

Manual pumps work with hand or foot operation. They are a cost-effective alternative for occasional use and for pumping small quantities of low-viscosity materials. Even the removal of small quantities from larger containers such as drums is possible: Depending on the model, the immersion tube can be adjusted to the container depth.

The container from which the liquid is to be pumped is also decisive for the pump selection. Depending on whether you want to pump from small canisters, drums or 1,000 litre IBCs, the pump must have the right immersion depth and delivery rate. The pump connection must also match the thread of the respective container. We offer you a large selection of different pump types - from mini pumps to tank pumps.
