With the new SteelSafe line, DENIOS now has all steel hazardous material depots under one roof. You also can find two new products to choose from the range, giving you more flexibility. The two new additions allow you to store a capacity of up to 2 IBCs.
Combining effective space use and effiecent work flow planning with all the regulatory and insurance requirements can be a challenge. SteelSafe hazardous materials depots can help you make this balance work better.
Active production space is one of the most valuable things on your site. It is important to use the available space as efficiently as possible and not lose it for storage. SteelSafe hazardous material depots from DENIOS are suitable for outdoor installation and thus create more space for value-adding activities within the company building. Flammable liquids in particular can be stored particularly economically outdoors and fire protection can be easily and cost-effectively complied with by adhering to the required safety distances.
The decentralised storage of hazardous substances ensures safe and efficient work in your company. SteelSafe hazardous storage units allow you to store substances in more convenient locations, closer to the place of use. This can reduce movement patterns and travel within the workplace and thus increase productivity.
SteelSafe hazardous material depots from DENIOS are the cost-effective, flexible and efficient alternative for safely storing small quantities of large containers. This allows you to expand your storage capacities in a legally compliant and easy way. Since our SteelSafe hazardous material storage units are delivered already assembled and the installation is simple, they can be used immediately.

Safety and quality are top priorities for DENIOS and our customers. The robust SteelSafe hazardous material storage units are developed by our DENIOS engineers and then manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities. The welding work is carried out by qualified, skilled workers to ensure the highest levels of build quality. In addition, the weld seams of each steel depot are tested for leaks before delivery. SteelSafe hazardous material depots from DENIOS comply with the requirements of the StawaR.
We use theoretical calculation methods such as load simulation to check whether all components, as well as the overall product, meet the necessary safety criteria such as load capacity and stability.
We simulate the load-bearing capacity due to external influences, such as stability and tightness (filling tests) or also load-bearing tests with steel weights.
The steel depots comply with the latest requirements of the StawaR and undergo both leak tests and load tests, as well as quality inspections by external testing organisations for certification.
DENIOS hazardous material storage tanks are manufactured under high quality standards in our own production facilities. We are a certified specialist company in accordance with the Water Resources Act and meet the qualification for the manufacture of steel sumps in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2.
Every product that is developed and manufactured at DENIOS is subjected to strict in-house quality testing. All components and their interaction in the finished product are tested. Each steel depot is always subjected to a red-white test.
As with any other work equipment, the function and thus the safety of a hazardous materials depot must be guaranteed at all times. Necessary maintenance measures must be carried out immediately and any defects found must be rectified immediately. Take advantage of the professional maintenance service from DENIOS to minimise the risk of failure of the hazardous materials depot and to maintain its longevity. Our experienced service team works with the latest technology, including an inspection report and sticker. We offer these maintenance options for SteelSafe hazardous material depots:
Technical leak test by means of weld seam test method (vacuum pump)
Visual inspection for damage, defects, corrosion and contamination
In addition to a professional visual inspection, DENIOS is currently the only provider to offer a technical inspection for the integrated collection tray of your SteelSafe hazardous materials depot.
We use a unique weld seam testing method that makes even the finest hairline cracks and deformations visible. This technical weld seam test offers the highest level of safety and our acceptance protocol serves as proof for your maintenance documentation.
