• The AERO-CUBE is a lightweight, compact vacuum lifter for independent and flexible use
• It moves materials with a wide variety of surfaces such as metal sheets, panels, plastic sheets, glass panes, housings, furniture parts and barrels both horizontally and vertically
• With a net weight of just 20 kg and its compact dimensions, the AERO-CUBE can be carried quickly and easily by hand from site to site without the need for additional aids
• Thanks to two integrated crane eyes, the AERO-CUBE can move loads both horizontally and vertically. This saves investment costs in several different devices
• Heavy loads can be moved easily and back-friendly
• In addition to cranes, the AERO-CUBE can also be used in conjunction with existing forklifts or pallet trucks. Additional investment costs for further industrial trucks are completely eliminated
• In contrast to self-priming systems, battery operation ensures that the vacuum is maintained for several minutes by re-pumping. The protective and safety precautions guarantee optimum occupational safety and thus minimise injury-related downtime
• The AERO-CUBE also has a durable, robust housing
• AERO-LIFT vacuum lifting devices are designed and manufactured in accordance with the current safety standards EN 13155 and ASME B30 and are tested and documented in accordance with the applicable accident prevention regulations DGUV Rule 100-500 (BGR 500) and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex II A
• The final acceptance test is carried out in accordance with VDE 0113 and EN 60204
• Welding work is carried out professionally in accordance with the specific standards
